It is strongly advised that delegates should arrange travel insurance to provide cover for any unforeseen events.

It is the responsibility of each delegate to arrange their visa if necessary for entry to the United Kingdom.  The Committee strongly advise early application to the British Embassy or High Commission.  Advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCDO) and the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) indicates that payment for conference fees and accommodation if applicable should be made and receipted prior to visa application.
