Cancellation Policy

For cancellations on or before Wednesday 7 March 2018 – no charge
From Thursday 8 March 2018 until Wednesday 9 May 2018 – 20% of the overall fee is payable
From Thursday 10 May 2018 until Wednesday 4 July 2018 – 60% of the overall fee is payable
From Thursday 5 July 2018 until Wednesday 8 August 2018 – 70% of the overall fee is payable
From Thursday 9 August 2018 the full fee is payable – please note substitutions will be accepted at any time
