Learning for Sustainable Futures: Making the Connections

September 15-17, 2015

The 2015 UKFIET International Conference on Education and Development will address the following key questions:

• What planning and resourcing systems are required for sustainable futures?
• How can pedagogy and assessment support the creation of sustainable futures?
• What learning values and curricula are consistent with the development of sustainable futures?
• Whose learning for whose futures need to be prioritised in sustainable futures?
• What approaches to learning content, process and planning are needed to prepare for decent and sustainable work in the future?
• What types of evidence are needed to inform sustainable futures?
• How should international support and co-operation for learning for sustainable futures evolve and develop in the next decade and beyond?
