Our Children Our Future Symposium – The New Madrassah Forum

 This symposium on the 18th of February will bring together some of the keenest ulema and academics working in the field of Islamic education in the UK and abroad.

Some of the topics will be:

• The role of moral and social development in the Islamic supplementary education system
• Mapping provision and effectiveness of Arabic and Islamic Studies in the Islamic supplementary system in the UK
• Traditional curricula and their application to the Islamic supplementary system in the UK
• Teaching of the Arabic language in the Islamic supplementary system in the UK
• Moral Education in the Islamic supplementary system of the UK
• Comparing the Islamic supplementary systems abroad with the UK
