Angeline is Senior Lecturer and Director of the Centre for Comparative and International Research in Education at the School of Education, University of Bristol. Her funded research focuses on teacher professionalism and pedagogy in African schools. She is currently Principal Investigator for Language Supportive Teaching and Textbooks, a research project developing and promoting content and language integrated learning strategies for secondary schools in Tanzania. Her scholarship applies comparative and social justice perspectives and includes critical commentary on the Education Sustainable Development Goal. She has also written on partnership in North-South research collaborations.
