
Bukola is a PhD candidate at the Centre for Research in Education and Educational Technology (CREET) at The Open University, UK, where she explores the perspectives and practices of families around schooling in rural Sub-Saharan Africa. Her broader research interests include rural teaching; parental involvement; school leadership and management; and technical and vocation education and training in developing contexts. Prior to The Open University, Bukola led the research activities of international education interventions in various countries through the generation, review, processing and analysis of complex data; designed and implemented interventions; and advocated for effective public service delivery with high-level government stakeholders. Her experience spans Sub-Saharan Africa, South America and North America.
