Sameer Babu M

Dr. Sameer Babu M is an Associate Professor of Educational Administration at Jamia Millia Islamia. His research spans educational policy, inclusive pedagogy, teacher education, and technology integration, with a particular focus on equity and access in diverse and underserved contexts.
