BAICE welcomes its new Student Rep – Alice Aldinucci

While we’re sad to say goodbye to our fantastic Student Rep Nozomi Sakata, BAICE is delighted to announce the election of her replacement, Alice Aldinucci.

New student rep Alice AldinucciAlice is a PhD student and LKAS Scholarship holder at the University of Glasgow, Faculty of Education, with a MA in Languages and Cultures for International Communication and Cooperation (University of Milan) and a MA in International Education and Development (University of Sussex). Her previous work includes projects and investigations in education and international development across Latin America, Europe, East Africa and South Asia. She currently investigates the life trajectories of vulnerable young people after the completion of their technical/vocational studies in Chile. Using a qualitative longitudinal approach, she critically analyses their identity construction and their a-posteriori reflections on the role and appropriateness of the Chilean education for their professional and personal realisation.

Alice will work alongside Carly Christensen to address BAICE Student Members’ concerns. Please get in touch with them at students@baice.ac.uk or message them through our Facebook page.
