
Jack is a Lecturer in Comparative Education and Education Policy at the University of Edinburgh. His research focuses on international higher education (transnational education, institutional partnerships, regionalisation, national policies, student and faculty mobility). He is particularly interested in global / national / local dynamics in the context of the Global South. Jack has worked in the higher education sectors of Canada, Germany, Kazakhstan, and England. Currently, he is involved in developing a new comparative education & international development master’s programme at the University of Edinburgh.
